Today I have a no-bake cake with just three ingredients. Light and unpretentious, for lovers of cottage cheese desserts. Such a cake can be served to the family for breakfast or an afternoon snack, and it is also a good option for a children's holiday if there is no time to prepare a full-fledged cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cooking cream for the cake. Mix ricotta and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. (Instead of ricotta, you can take cottage cheese, kaymak, or any curd cheese.)
  2. Whip the cream with a whisk until smooth. You can put more or less condensed milk, it all depends on taste preferences.
  3. Lavash sheets are cut into several identical rectangles.
  4. Now we collect the cake from pita bread. We put a piece of pita bread on a plate and grease it with a cream of ricotta and condensed milk.
  5. We do this with all the pieces of pita bread or until the cream runs out.
  6. We decorate the cake without baking with pine nuts and grated chocolate. (To make the chocolate rub well, I advise you to put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.)
  7. Let the pita cake soak for 15-20 minutes.
