Unusual and delicious fish caviar pancakes! Carp caviar is a delicacy! This is what my family says) We love pancakes made from this caviar. They turn out to be gentle and soft, and how much use they are! For kids who don't like fish, such pancakes are a godsend! Serve them with mayonnaise and sour cream sauce, which makes them even more tender and delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the food. Rinse the carp caviar well, clean it of veins and blood. Leave it on a sieve for 5 minutes so that the water is glass. Put the washed caviar in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, one pinch of baking soda (it will make the pancakes more luxuriant), and eggs. We knead our "dough" well. I do it with my hand, it is more convenient to knead the caviar and mix everything. You can use a spoon too, as you like. Leave the mass to "rest" for 5 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and spread the pancakes with a spoon. The fire is below average, not great. Pancakes are fried quickly. As you see that the edges are seized and brown, turn over to the other side. Bring the other side until cooked. Then cover with a lid for a few seconds - let the steam pass. While the pancakes are fried, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions in a plate, season with pepper to taste and add chopped dill. Stir. The finished sauce is delicious! And here are our ready-made pancakes. The aroma is amazing! Put the pancakes on a plate and serve the sauce to them. Delicious! Bon Appetit!
