A very simple and delicious casserole! This is such a lifesaver: how to quickly cook dinner for the whole family. You can take any vegetables: not only cauliflower or broccoli. It is good both hot and cold. I definitely recommend trying it!

  1. Boil cauliflower and broccoli slightly, drain the water.
  2. Fry the carrots and onions in olive oil until the onions are soft.
  3. Mix eggs with milk, add salt and spices, beat with a fork.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the vegetables, pour over the milk-egg mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your meal!
