In this recipe, I'll show you how to quickly and easily cook chicken in the oven. I will bake it with potatoes and other vegetables. The recipe will be useful for those who want to cook a delicious dinner for the whole family without unnecessary troubles and do it in one baking sheet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For this recipe, take the pieces of chicken you like the most. Today I will be using 800 grams of chicken thighs and 700 grams of drumsticks. Cut off excess skin and unnecessary fat from them, after which the chicken can be considered ready for cooking. We transfer it to a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices, carrots into semicircles, pepper into strips, and onions into half rings. I will use the cloves of garlic directly in the husk. We spread the vegetables on a baking sheet for the chicken.
  3. Grind black peppercorns and coriander in a mortar. Add paprika and oregano. Stir the spicy mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the contents of the baking sheet well with the spice mixture.
  5. Remove the leaves from the thyme sprigs. The twigs themselves are not involved in the preparation. I divide the rosemary into large pieces so that later its branches can be easily removed, and I send them to a baking sheet. Add salt. And vegetable oil so that the spices open up better.
  6. Stir the contents of the baking sheet, trying to distribute the spices evenly over all the ingredients.
  7. We set the oven temperature to 200 degrees and let the oven warm up.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with foil and make several holes in it with a toothpick. We put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the chicken and potatoes for 1 hour.
  9. After an hour, remove the foil from the baking sheet, increase the temperature in the oven to 250 degrees and leave the chicken and potatoes for another 10 minutes, so that an appetizing crust forms on top.
  10. Decorate the dish with fresh parsley and serve. Bon Appetit!
