  1. Crack 1 egg and separate the yolk from the protein. Beat the yolk with sugar (3 tablespoons).

  3. If the cottage cheese is very liquid, add semolina and mix.
  4. From the curd mass we form balls with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm, and roll in coconut flakes. We send the curd balls to the freezer.
  5. Let's start preparing the dough. Beat 2 eggs and protein with sugar and vanilla.
  6. Add sour cream.
