We are preparing a magnificent dessert - a chocolate cake without baking. A solid base of cookies, butter, cocoa powder, and on top - the most delicate cream of cream cheese, chocolate and whipped cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products. Pour the cream into a deep container, in which we will beat the cream, and together with the whisk from the mixer, place in the refrigerator.
  2. Melt the butter in a water bath.
  3. Break the cookies with your hands into medium pieces.
  4. Using a blender, grind the cookies into small crumbs.
  5. Add cocoa powder to cookie crumbs and mix.
  6. Pour the melted butter into the resulting mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  7. In a detachable baking dish (I have a form with a diameter of 24 cm), lay out the resulting mass.
  8. Distribute evenly over the bottom and tamp with a spoon. Place in the fridge while preparing the top layer.
  9. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let him cool down a bit.
  10. Beat cream cheese with a blender, gradually introducing powdered sugar (I added 50 g, but if you have a sweet tooth, the amount can be increased to 100 g).
  11. Pour chocolate into the resulting mass.
  12. Mix the cream with a spoon.
  13. Beat the chilled cream with a mixer until airy.
  14. We introduce the cream into the chocolate-cheese mass. Stir very gently with a spoon to keep airiness.
  15. We take out the frozen base of the cake from the refrigerator and spread the cream.
  16. We level the cream and place the cake without baking in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  17. Ready cake, if desired, can be decorated with grated chocolate.
  18. We cut the chocolate cake into portioned pieces and invite relatives and friends to the table.
  19. This cake will decorate any table. It's nice to have your morning coffee with a slice of this chocolate cake.
