Delicious and delicate cake, the preparation of which does not require much time and effort. A wonderful combination of sour cream and chocolate, complemented by pieces of halva - it's very gentle and tasty!

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Butter should be softened.
  2. Gelatin pour 50 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 40-50 minutes to swell.
  3. Grind cookies with a blender into crumbs. It can also be done in a meat grinder or chopped with a rolling pin.
  4. Pour sugar into a saucepan and add cocoa powder. Mix everything.
  5. Pour milk into a saucepan with sugar and cocoa powder, mix. Place the saucepan over medium heat and, stirring, bring the contents to a boil and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the crushed cookies.
  7. Mix everything until evenly distributed.
  8. Add the softened butter to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
  9. Add sugar to sour cream and stir until dissolved.
  10. Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife (set some aside for garnish). Add chocolate to sour cream.
  11. Chop the halva and add to the bowl with sour cream and chocolate. Mix everything well.
  12. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and pour into the sour cream mass, stirring.
  13. Cover a 20 cm springform pan with cling film and transfer the chocolate mass into it. Flatten and lightly tamp.
  14. Pour the sour cream mass with chocolate and halva into the mold over the chocolate mass and smooth it out. Put the cake mold in the refrigerator and leave for 5 hours to stabilize.
  15. Carefully remove the finished cake from the mold and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  16. Chocolate cake with sour cream and halva is ready.
