Very tasty homemade ice cream, tastier than any store. And a very elegant look. When you try this chocolate hazelnut ice cream cake, you will be very surprised that this can be made at home.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the roasted nuts.
  2. We rub the chocolate on a coarse grater.
  3. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until light peaks form.
  4. Add condensed milk to cream and stir.
  5. The resulting mass is divided into two parts. Pour cocoa and chocolate into one, and nuts into the second.
  6. We cover the bottom and sides of a detachable form with cling film. We spread the first (nut) layer on the bottom of the mold, level it. On top, carefully lay out the second layer (chocolate), level, trying not to mix the layers. We send the dessert to the freezer for ten minutes.
  7. After that, we take out the ice cream cake and crumble meringues on it, slightly compacting them.
  8. We remove the ice cream cake in the freezer until completely solidified (for 5-6 hours). Better at night.
  9. We take out the finished chocolate-nut ice cream cake from the freezer in advance and keep it at room temperature for 15 minutes. Then cut into portions with a hot dry knife.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
