Insanely delicious no-bake cake! Despite the fact that the cake consists of ordinary pancakes, it can easily compete with any traditional cake on the festive table. An unobtrusive orange flavor combined with a delicate chocolate cream creates a unique taste, and the texture of the pancake cake is very juicy and delicate.

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  2. Add half of the milk to the mixture and stir.
  3. Whisk the whites.
  4. Add egg yolk, vegetable oil, milk to pancake batter.
  5. Mix and add whipped protein.
  6. Bake thin pancakes.
  7. Fry pancakes on both sides.
  8. Pancakes are ready.
  9. For orange cream, beat eggs with sugar.
  10. Add flour and stir.
  11. Bring the squeezed orange juice to a boil, add the egg mass and heat until thickened.
  12. Orange cream is ready.
  13. For chocolate cream, combine flour with cocoa powder and sugar.
  14. Mix.
  15. Beat the egg with 1/4 cup milk.
  16. Then add to the flour mixture with cocoa and sugar.
  17. Mix.
  18. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the chocolate mass and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  19. Cool the chocolate cream, add melted butter.
  20. Stir in chocolate cream.
  21. Lay pancakes on top of each other, layering with orange cream.
  22. Grease the top pancake and the side surface of the cake with chocolate cream.
  23. Chop the nuts, grate the chocolate. Pancake cake with orange and chocolate cream top and sides decorate with powdered sugar, chocolate chips and chopped nuts
