Coconut pudding cake with whipped cream

This delicious coconut dessert cake is super easy to make with biscuits and vanilla pudding mix.

  1. To prepare the base, crush the cookies into crumbs.
  2. Add sugar and butter, mix.
  3. Put the mass into a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, tamp well, also forming small sides.
  4. Bake the biscuit cake in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 150-160 degrees. Cool down.
  5. Lightly fry the coconut flakes.
  6. In a bowl, mix dry pudding and milk, beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
  7. Put half the whipped cream and 0.5-0.75 cups of coconut flakes into the pudding mass.
  8. Spread the prepared mass on the cookie crust, smooth it out.
  9. Spread remaining cream and remaining coconut flakes on top of coconut cake.
