A stunningly delicious dessert without unnecessary troubles, as it is prepared from ready-made cookies and cottage cheese. Cookies are soaked in strong coffee, folded into a house with cottage cheese inside. Topped with chocolate icing made from cocoa, sour cream and butter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften. This is exactly what we need to make the glaze.
  2. A coffee drink can be prepared from instant coffee at the rate of 1 full teaspoon of coffee per 200 ml of boiling water.
  3. Grind 400 g of cottage cheese with 100 g of sugar.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of liquor to the curd mass.
  5. Beat cottage cheese with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
  6. In 1 cup of coffee at room temperature, add 1 tablespoon of cognac. Half of the whole cookie (15 pieces) is alternately lowered for a second into a cup of coffee with cognac and immediately laid out on the foil with a rectangle: 3 rows of 5 cookies each.
  7. We spread a little less than half of the prepared cottage cheese on the spread out cookies, level them over the entire surface with a thin layer with a spatula.
  8. Wet the rest of the cookies in coffee and close the curd layer with cookies.
  9. Chop the walnut kernels into small pieces with a knife. Sprinkle a layer of cookies with chopped nuts.
  10. Spread the remaining cottage cheese on top, level it.
  11. Very carefully, putting your hands under the foil, lift the side cookies and fold them into a house. Then we wrap this structure in foil and send it to the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight).
  12. After the time has elapsed, we take out the house cake from the refrigerator, unfold the foil.
  13. Cooking chocolate icing from cocoa, sour cream and butter. In a small saucepan, mix sour cream and sugar. Heat this mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
  14. Add the cocoa sifted through a sieve, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Continuing to stir, cook the fudge for 1-2 minutes.
  15. Remove cocoa fondant from heat, add butter and stir.
  16. Chocolate icing from cocoa is ready. Fill the house of cookies with cottage cheese with chocolate icing.
  17. Sprinkle the top of the chocolate icing with cocoa powder. If desired, you can decorate additionally at your discretion. I garnished with almond flakes. In order for the chocolate icing to get stronger, we send our confectionery product to the refrigerator for about 2 hours. During this time, the glaze will dry well and get stronger enough, but remain soft and tender.
  18. Cut the cake into triangular cakes and serve.
  19. Cut into serving pieces-cakes. Coffee cake made from cookies and cottage cheese without baking is ready.
