For this cake without baking, you do not need to knead the dough and make cakes. As cakes - ready-made shortbread cookies. Cream - from butter with the addition of coffee and liquor.

  4. Sprinkle the finished cookie cake without baking on all sides with chocolate chips (grated chocolate) or cocoa powder. Place the cookie cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably until the next day.
