A delicious cookie cake is made without baking, using available ingredients. Cookie slices soaked in sour cream and condensed milk are in perfect harmony with crunchy nuts and nutritious dried fruits. You can enjoy such a cake after 6-7 hours of soaking in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. Peanuts and walnuts, if desired, can be dried for several minutes in a dry frying pan.
  2. Wash raisins, dried apricots and prunes well and pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain dried fruit in a colander and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Break the cookies into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl. Chop the walnuts and peanuts and add to the cookies.
  4. Cut prunes and dried apricots into cubes. Send to the rest of the ingredients. Send raisins there. Mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Add sour cream and condensed milk.
  6. Stir.
  7. For molding, I used a detachable ring without a bottom with a diameter of 16 cm. I covered the sides of the ring with an acetate film.
  8. Set the ring on a plate and put the mass of cookies, nuts and dried fruits there. Tamp down with a spoon. Cover the form with cling film and refrigerate for 6-7 hours.
  9. Cookie cake is ready!
  10. Enjoy your meal!
