Today we are waiting for guests and preparing the Tenderness cake. It will be both interesting in appearance and very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat 3 eggs with 150 g of sugar. You need to beat for 5-7 minutes until you get a thick, fluffy foam.
  2. Add sifted 150 g flour. We mix everything.
  3. Pour the finished dough into a detachable form, on the bottom of which parchment for baking was previously placed and greased with vegetable oil.
  4. We put the form with the dough in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick and, if in doubt, leave it for a couple more minutes in the oven.
  6. In the meantime, we are preparing kiwi jelly (you can use strawberries, cherries, currants - at will and according to your mood).
  7. We start with gelatin. To do this, pour 2 teaspoons of gelatin with 3 tablespoons of cold water (for 15-20 minutes) to swell.
  8. Cut 500 g of kiwi into pieces, put in a pan, add 150 g of sugar and bring to a boil. Boil on low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, set aside the kiwi to cool.
  9. Melt the gelatin in a steam bath.
  10. Wet the biscuit with 4 tablespoons of liquid kiwi jam.
  11. Pour gelatin into kiwi, mix and let cool to 30 ° C.
  12. Pour the cooled jelly onto a biscuit, level it and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  13. After 35 minutes from the moment the form is placed in the refrigerator, we proceed to the cream. Whip 200 g of cream with 150 g of powdered sugar, with the addition of 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
  14. When you achieve a thick, stable consistency, you can add 200 g of fresh sour cream at twenty percent. Whisk everything together for a couple more minutes.
  15. We take the cake out of the refrigerator and lay out the whole cream as a top layer.
  16. Sprinkle the cake with small shavings of milk chocolate.
  17. We remove the cake in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  18. We take out the cake, put it on a dish and decorate with slices of one kiwi.
  19. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
