Very tender, light and tasty curd cake with fruit.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take a detachable form and cover with cling film. Put the peaches from the jar into a mold, fill the remaining gaps with grapes.
  2. Put cottage cheese and sugar in a separate bowl, mix with a mixer.
  3. In another bowl, pour half the yogurt, cream, add vanilla sugar and pieces of fresh peach, grind until smooth.
  4. Soak gelatin for 15 minutes in the juice left over from canned peaches, heat over a fire without boiling, cool slightly and pour a little more than half into the curd, the rest into the yoghurt-peach mass. Beat everything again with a blender (yogurt). Pour the fruit into the mold with this mass and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
  5. As soon as the layer has hardened, we crumble 2 biscuit cakes onto a gelatinous layer, then spread the curd mass. Flatten and cover with a whole biscuit cake, press down a little and put the curd cake with fruit in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. As soon as the time has passed, cover the form with a plate and turn the cake over, remove the film and that's it, the curd-peach cake is ready!
