  1. Prepare ingredients. To make crab stick rolls, we need: crab sticks, eggs, cheese, herbs, garlic and mayonnaise.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate separately on a medium grater.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  5. Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely.
  6. In a salad bowl, combine grated proteins, grated cheese yolk, garlic and parsley.
  7. Season with mayonnaise.
  8. Pepper and stir.
  9. Carefully unfold the crab sticks, being careful not to tear. If the sticks do not unfold well, you can immerse them in hot water for a few seconds or hold them over steam.
  10. Put a little filling on each unfolded stick and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
  11. Gently roll the sticks back into the rolls with the filling inside.
  12. Put the prepared sticks on a dish and sprinkle with the remaining yolks and parsley sprigs.
  13. Put the crab sticks in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then serve. Bon Appetit!
