CRAB STICKS IN BEER BATTERED

Ingredients

• Crab sticks250 gr
• FOR BATTLE:
• Eggs 1 pc.
• Beer50 ml
• Flour 0.5 stack.
• Dry spices to taste
• Salt to taste
• FOR ROASTING:
• Vegetable oil50 ml

Directions

1. Ingredients
2. Drive eggs into a bowl.
3. Mix all the components of the batter.
4. Add flour until a mass of medium density is obtained.
5. Dip crab sticks in batter and place in a hot frying pan. Fry on both sides until a crust appears.
