Fast, easy, cheap, from simple products, for a holiday! Crab sticks with cheese and eggs are good as an appetizer on a festive table. It only needs 4 ingredients, which can be changed to suit your preferences. No baking or frying, rolled up and done!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. How to make cheese and egg crab sticks? Choose long and long crab sticks, only they are suitable for stuffing. Defrost crab sticks in advance if they were frozen. To do this, remove them from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking. Free the crab sticks from the individual cellophane packaging, if present. Put the egg to boil until "hard boiled".
  2. Now for each crab stick you need to make a light "massage" along the entire length. Just roll each stick a little between your fingers. This is to help the layers separate from each other. STEP 3:
  3. Visually determine where the edge is and, starting from it, unwind the crab sticks until they are flat. Work with this carefully so as not to damage the integrity of the canvas.
  4. Start making the filling for your snack. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and transfer to a bowl in which the filling will be prepared.
  5. Peel the boiled egg and grate it on a fine grater. Transfer to cheese bowl.
  6. Peel and grate a small clove of garlic. Add it to a shared bowl.
  7. Add mayonnaise to taste and season with salt. Stir the filling thoroughly.
  8. Place the crab sticks face down (red). Place the filling on the white edge of the inner side.
  9. Roll the sticks into a roll and place them on a platter. Tighten the dish with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour to set the filling. This will make it easier to cut the crab sticks. After this time, using a sharp knife, cut each stick in half at an angle and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh herbs.
