Cranberry cake - a combination of sweetness and sourness. Delicious and colorful.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Crack the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites.
  2. Mix egg yolks with softened butter.
  3. Sift flour, add to the egg-oil mass. Extinguish the soda with vinegar, pour into the dough.
  4. 2 tbsp grate cranberries. Add to dough.
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Knead the dough.
  6. Divide the dough into 4-5 servings. It depends on the diameter of your mold.
  7. Roll out the cakes not very thick, maximum 0.5 cm.
  8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Bake in the oven until golden brown and done.
  10. Ready cakes to cool.
  11. In the meantime, prepare the cream.
  12. Cream 1: beat the remaining proteins with sugar and half of the grated cranberries.
  13. Cream 2: Beat sour cream with sugar and half of grated cranberries.
  14. Lubricate the cakes alternating the cream. Don't forget the sides.
  15. Lubricate the top cake with cream and sprinkle with cranberries.
  16. Cranberry cake can be served at the table. Enjoy your meal!
