Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. This number of products is designed for a detachable form or a ring with a diameter of 24 cm.
  3. Place the cream, the bowl for whipping cream and the whisk from the mixer in the refrigerator to cool.
  4. We boil water in any convenient way.
  5. Melt the butter in a water bath.
  6. Break the cookies into pieces, place in a blender bowl and grind to small pieces.
  7. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
  8. Line the bottom (and, if desired, the walls) of a detachable form with cling film. Pour the biscuit-butter mixture into the mold.
  9. Tamp the mass tightly and send the form to the refrigerator.
  10. We take out the cream, the bowl for whipping cream and the whisk from the refrigerator.
  11. We whip the cream. Whisking constantly, add a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Whip cream to peaks.
  12. Gradually add cottage cheese to whipped cream and mix gently. The resulting mass is placed in the refrigerator.
  13. Dissolve 1.5 tablespoons of gelatin in 220 ml of hot water. Cool down.
  14. Separate 1/3 of the cottage cheese with cream and mix with the cooled dissolved gelatin.
  15. Pour the first curd and cream layer into the mold and send it to the refrigerator. Such a layer hardens for 40-70 minutes.
  16. We breed jelly of the same color according to the instructions on the package. Cool down.
  17. Pour the jelly mixture into the mold. We send the form to the refrigerator again. This layer hardens from 50 to 120 minutes.
  18. Similarly, we prepare 2 more curd and 2 jelly layers (not immediately, but as the previous layers solidify) and, alternating them, fill out the form.
  19. After the third curd-cream layer is poured, spread the grapes on top, and only then send it to the refrigerator until it hardens.
  20. Pour the last layer of colored jelly and return the form to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  21. After a while, carefully run a knife along the walls of the mold and remove the cake to a serving dish.
  22. Cut the cake into pieces and serve.
  23. Enjoy your meal!
