Prepare the cream: mix cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cream and thickener well.
Hold the cookies a little in warm milk (just a few seconds, so as not to get too wet) and spread on cling film (the film can be laid out on a small board) in 3 layers (2x4 cookies), smearing the first and second layers with cream.
Break the chocolate into pieces, add milk (4-5 tablespoons) and butter. Put everything in a steam bath, melt and mix until smooth.
Drizzle top layer with prepared chocolate icing. You can sprinkle nuts on top.
Let the glaze cool and remove the cake in the cold (at least 7 hours).
