Cook More! It is impossible to stop, very tasty! Baked potato crumb with delicate and very aromatic filling! You can make any filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash large potatoes and send them to the oven for 1-1.5 hours.
  2. For the filling, take butter, sausages (hunting), hot milk, cheese, salt, black pepper and herbs.
  3. The potatoes are ready. We make a longitudinal cut obliquely on both sides to get something like a cone.
  4. To make it easier, you can cut the potatoes in half.
  5. Gently take out the pulp from the baked potatoes. We leave only small sides.
  6. Finely chop the greens.
  7. Sausage - in a small cube.
  8. Add hot milk to mashed potatoes and knead well. You can use a hand blender.
  9. Now we collect the filling. Add sausage, herbs, a little more than half of the cheese, salt and black pepper to the puree. With salt carefully, cheese and sausage are salted.
  10. We fill the potato boats with the finished mass.
  11. Sprinkle each with the remaining cheese and send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
  12. We bake for 10 minutes.
  13. In the finished potato crumb, the filling turns out to be airy, like a soufflé! Fragrant and delicious!
  14. The stuffed potatoes are ready! Everyone can repeat! Bon Appetit!
