  3. Sift flour with a tablespoon of starch through a sieve and mix well with a spatula.
  4. Now it's time to add various fillers to the dough. For the first cake, add 50 grams of poppy seeds and mix everything well.
  5. In the dough for the second cake, add cocoa powder and chopped walnuts.
  6. The third cake will contain 100 grams of raisins.
  7. Bake each cake separately in an oven well preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. While the cakes are cooking, start preparing the custard. To do this, mix two eggs with sugar and three tablespoons of starch.
  9. Pour milk into the resulting mass in a thin stream and at the same time beat everything with a mixer or whisk.
  10. Put the saucepan with the cream on a slow fire and bring the cream to a boil, then cool it well. Add butter and beat again with a mixer.
  11. Remove the finished cream for the cake in a cold place. Ideally, it should stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  12. From well-cooled cakes, you need to cut off a hard crust and alternately coat the cakes with ready-made custard.
  13. Spread cream on the top and sides of the cake as well.
  14. The finished cake can be decorated with biscuit crumbs or ground walnuts.
  15. Cake "Fairy Tale" from three different cakes should be infused in the refrigerator for several hours, and only after that it can be served at the table.
