I have prepared a delicate lemon tart for your wonderful competition. The taste is amazing, if you like a delicate pie with sourness, then you will like it ... Shortbread dough, delicious lemon filling ... Now I make shortbread dough only on Altero sunflower oil with the addition of olive oil. Kneading such a dough is much easier than the usual one in butter, since you do not need to grind the latter. It is absolutely safe, tasty and healthy. I recommend this recipe to everyone for your cozy family tea party!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour half of the sifted flour into Altero sunflower oil.
  2. Mix.
  3. Add sour cream, icing sugar. Mix well again. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough with your hands until it has absorbed all the flour. The dough will turn out to be homogeneous, keeping its shape, like ordinary shortbread dough, but much tastier! Wrap the resulting dough in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  4. Gently roll out the cold dough. Put the dough into a mold, make bumpers.
  5. Lay out parchment paper, pour the load onto it (I have chickpeas). Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the load and bake for another 15 minutes. until golden brown.
  6. While the dough is in the oven, prepare the lemon filling. Grate lemon zest on a grater.
  7. Cut the lemons in half, squeeze out the juice. It will take about 150 g. Pour some water into a saucepan, add 1 tsp. vanilla sugar and zest, lemon juice. Warm up for 10 minutes.
  8. Beat eggs with sugar in a separate bowl.
  9. Add the resulting mixture to the boiled lemon juice and let this mass boil again (until bubbles appear).
  10. Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool.
  11. Remove the lemon cream from heat and add soft butter. Beat until thickened. Cool the filling and mix with gelatin dissolved in cold water, then pour into a mold, put in the cold.
  12. Decorate as you wish.
  13. A pie with an unusual taste and a delicate lemon filling.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
