Gorgeous cake based on a classic biscuit. Very delicate, airy biscuit cake with butter cream and custard with condensed milk. Recommend as birthday cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Sift flour. Butter for cream should be softened, remove it from the refrigerator. Separate whites from yolks.
  2. Beat the yolks with a mixer. Beat the whites with a mixer into a thick foam. 1 st. Spoon the sugar into the egg whites and beat until white.
  3. Add the beaten yolks to the egg whites one by one, while continuing to beat the egg whites.
  4. (You can not separate the yolks from the proteins and beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar, until the mass increases by 4-5 times, at least 10-15 minutes.)
  5. Add the sifted flour in parts, gently mixing the dough with a spatula from the bottom up. Biscuit dough should be very airy.
  6. Grease the bottom of the mold (diameter 22-24 cm) with butter and pour the dough into the mold. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. When baking a biscuit, do not open the oven door (at least 25 minutes), otherwise it will settle!
  7. Cool the finished biscuit in the form for 5 minutes, then turn it over onto a wire rack and leave to cool for 3-4 hours.
  8. To prepare the cream, combine water with yolks and condensed milk. Mix well with a mixer or whisk.
  9. Put the mixture on low heat and bring the mass, stirring, until thickened. Then cool, stirring occasionally.
  10. Beat softened butter with vanilla sugar.
  11. Gradually add the cooled custard to the butter, continuing to beat the cream.
  12. Biscuit cut into 3 cakes. Lubricate each cake with the prepared cream, laying the cakes on top of each other. Spread the cream over the entire biscuit cake, including the sides.
  13. Decorate the cake as you wish. You can melt chocolate and make a decoration out of it. I just bought ready-made chocolate "fish" in the store.
  14. Let the biscuit cake with cream of condensed milk and butter soak.
