Delicious, simple cake (in a pan)

Cake with condensed milk cooked in a pan. Easy to prepare. Doesn't take long. The cake turns out very tasty, the main thing is to give it a good soak. I made the cream custard. Added nuts on top. :)

  1. Ingredients listed are for one small cake. I have a lot of cream left, so I could make more dough for the cakes (i.e. add more condensed milk).
  2. Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add the egg, sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. We knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into several parts and roll out into a circle.
  5. We bake the cakes in a dry frying pan, on both sides, until golden brown. The fritters fry very quickly. You can trim the edges of the cakes, the trimmings are suitable for sprinkling the cake.
  6. Cooking custard.
  7. Let the milk boil. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix sugar, egg, flour.
  8. When the milk boils, add our mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  9. When the cream has thickened, add butter and vanilla sugar.
  10. The degree of density also depends on the amount of flour added. If it seems to you that the cream is watery, then add another tablespoon of flour.
  11. Put the cake on a plate, grease it well with warm cream and cover with the next cake. Thus, we collect the whole cake.
  12. Grind the scraps from the cakes and mix with chopped nuts. Grease the cake well on all sides with cream, and then sprinkle with nut crumbs. We put the cake in the refrigerator so that it is well soaked.
  13. The cake is very tasty and soft.
