A simpler version of the Broken Glass jelly dessert. Only sour cream jelly is prepared, and marmalade and candied fruits are used as colored "shards".

  1. Pour gelatin into a saucepan, pour water. Leave for 10 minutes to swell.
  2. Cut the candied fruits into small pieces.
  3. Marmalade cut into cubes.
  4. Cut cookies into squares.
  5. Mix sour cream with sugar.
  6. Beat sour cream with a mixer.
  7. Put the saucepan with the swollen gelatin over a very low heat and heat until the gelatin dissolves. Do not bring to a boil!
  8. Pour marmalade and candied fruits into sour cream. Mix.
