If you have cream and biscuit cookies, then you are practically with dessert! And very fast. I had raspberries, canned peaches, and I really needed a delicious cake for a modest Saturday party.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm milk.
  2. For puree, I took three large halves of canned peach, threw it into a blender, added 70 ml of their own syrup, 1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar, and - brrr ... Here you have mashed potatoes!
  3. Whip the cream with the second spoon of powdered sugar, add to our puree.
  4. There is also pre-dissolved gelatin. Frozen? Microwave it for a few seconds. Stir in fruit cream.
  5. At the end, I threw raspberries into the cream.
  6. We take a detachable form 18x20 cm, cut the cookies in half, dip them in coffee and put them along the edge. We spread a few, dipped in coffee, to the bottom.
  7. We spread half of the cream, on top - the remaining cookies (do not forget to dip in coffee).
  8. Next, lay out the remaining cream. And somehow decorate the dessert - for example, with berries and fruits.
  9. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  10. Dessert in the style of "Tiramisu" I sprinkled on top with dry chopped mint on top - and you're done!
  11. Bon appetit everyone!
