This bright dessert of chocolate chip cookies with butter cream and canned pineapples will be a wonderful decoration for your table!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For this dessert, any shortbread cookie is suitable. I will use chocolate chip cookies, so the dessert will be brighter.
  2. Break the cookies into small pieces.
  3. Prepare cream.
  4. Whip cold cream until thick and fluffy.
  5. Add cream cheese to whipped cream and mix with a mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix again.
  6. Whip cream cheese mixture until smooth. The cream will be thick and airy.
  7. Canned pineapple cut into small pieces.
  8. Pour dessert into glasses.
  9. The first layer is pineapples (1 tablespoon each). Transfer the cream to a pastry bag, so it is more convenient to put it in a glass. Lay out the second layer of cream. Then add about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cookies. Put the cream back on. Then - again pineapples and cookies. The last layer is cream. Send the dessert to the refrigerator for impregnation.
  10. (Layers can be alternated as you like.)
  11. Decorate the finished dessert "Pancho" in cups with grated chocolate, chopped nuts and fresh mint.
  12. Dessert "Pancho" is ready in a new way!
