  1. From fish caviar, which is healthy in itself, you can prepare a very tasty dish - caviar, or cutlets. But how to fry fish cutlets, you will learn from this recipe. Gently wash the caviar under a weak stream of cold water so that it does not fall apart. We clean it from films. To do this, rub the caviar through a sieve.
  2. Transfer the caviar to a large deep bowl.
  3. Peel the onions, chop coarsely and put them in a blender bowl along with sauerkraut. We grind everything well to the state of gruel.
  4. Add the cabbage and onion mixture to a cup of caviar.
  5. We drive eggs there and add finely chopped green onions.
  6. Salt, pepper and stir.
  7. Add the sifted flour and mix again.
  8. Minced meat should turn out to be liquid, like pancakes.
  9. Put the pan over medium heat, pour in the vegetable oil and let it warm up well. We spread a small amount of minced meat with a spoon, forming round patties. Fry on one side until golden brown and crusty.
  10. Turn the cutlets over to the other side and fry until the same state.
  11. Transfer the fried caviar cutlets from the pan to the pan, add 50 ml of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid.
