A dish for lovers of seafood and gourmet cuisine. Mussels are a chic dish, tasty and healthy, especially if prepared according to a good culinary recipe. Fried mussels are one of my son-in-law's signature dishes, but I just added something of my own.

  1. I learned this recipe from my son-in-law - he just loves seafood, and especially to get them from the sea. It was he who told how to properly fry mussels and onions. First, we need to prepare all the necessary products that we will need to prepare this dish.
  2. First, rinse the mussels thoroughly in cold water. We squeeze out excess moisture from them.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Preheat a frying pan and grease it with butter. Put the mussels in a frying pan, add the sifted flour and mix. Next, pour them with broth mixed with wine, let them give away the remaining water and cook a little in it.
  5. And when the water evaporates, we add more oil, and fry our mussels in it for a while. Then we attach the prepared onion to them and mix everything.
  6. Simmer, stirring all the time, until the onion becomes golden brown. And when it's ready, and the dish is ready. When serving, decorate it with herbs. Mussel fillet itself has a salty fishy flavor, but when fried, it acquires noticeable mushroom notes. Try it!
