Perfect dinner! Try it and see for yourself! Yesterday my husband and I cooked fried pike caviar for dinner. I liked it, I want more) I will certainly cook more often. The dinner was light, free of "bad" fats and carbohydrates, supplemented with asparagus and fresh vegetables.

  1. We wash the pike caviar with cold water without damaging the films. Then add salt.
  2. Heat the olive oil (half) over medium heat and fry the caviar on both sides. Each side will take approximately 5 minutes. Salt in the process.
  3. Put the asparagus in a bowl and pour over the remaining olive oil, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute oil and spices better. Fry the asparagus for about 5 minutes using a grill pan.
  4. Serve with fresh tomatoes.
  5. Eat with gusto!
