  6. We put a pan of a suitable size on a strong fire, pour vegetable oil into it (it is better to use olive oil, moreover, of high quality, but odorless sunflower is also suitable). Put frozen mussels and green beans in a frying pan, sprinkle them with chopped onion and chopped garlic on top.
  7. Fry the mussels for several minutes, literally 2-3, stirring from time to time. Then we reduce the heat and cook the mussels for another 3-4 minutes, stirring the contents of the pan from time to time. Also in the process, sprinkle the mussels with a little salt, fragrant freshly ground black pepper. You can add your favorite spices suitable for seafood, but this is optional. Generally speaking, just salt and black pepper are enough for mussels.
  8. Pour lemon juice on the mussels (it must also be freshly squeezed - this is a must), stir and remove from heat. Serve immediately while the seafood is still hot. You can supplement the finished dish with fresh herbs. It would be a good option to serve fresh white bread with a crispy crust with the mussels, as well as good dry white wine.
