Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Wash the potatoes, dry them and make splits with a fork over the entire surface. Place on a baking sheet and bake until soft, about 35-40 minutes.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the oven, let cool slightly, and then cut each tuber in half and gently take out the pulp from each half with a spoon, put it in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the onion into a hot frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add ginger, cumin, coriander and turmeric. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the flesh of the potatoes to this mixture and season with garlic salt to taste.
  4. Cook the minced potatoes, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes. Then, using a teaspoon, carefully fill the hollow potato halves with minced potatoes. Serve stuffed potatoes, sprinkle with yogurt and garnish with cilantro.
