The shrimps, of course, must be of high quality, fresh, about the same size, whole, the ice shell must not be thick, otherwise, during the defrosting process, our shrimps will greatly lose weight and we will give money only for water. Usually on sale shrimps are already pre-boiled, so we will cook them pretty quickly
  2. Step 2. First of all, in a fairly capacious pot of water, put on fire (the ratio of shrimp to water is at least 1: 2), and at this time we get rid of the ice coat. It is very common for shrimp to be sent directly to the pot with ice, but this is a common mistake.
