Easy to prepare, very tasty and beautiful cake-ice cream "Three tastes" - from cookies and three types of cream ice cream: vanilla, chocolate and crème brulee. The top of the ice cream cake is decorated with meringue.

  1. We line the form with cling film (the size of my form is 13x20 cm, height is 10 cm). We spread the cookies on the bottom and sides of the form. If necessary, the cookies can be cut to fit in the mold. We leave a few cookies (6 pcs.).
  2. For vanilla ice cream, beat chilled cream with vanilla sugar until thick.
  3. In order for the cream to whip well, it must be very cold!
  4. Add condensed milk to whipped cream and beat a little more.
  5. For chocolate ice cream, add cocoa to the condensed milk. We mix.
  6. Whip cream (very cold). Add condensed milk with cocoa. Whisk gently so that the cream does not overwhip.
  7. For creme brulee ice cream: beat the chilled cream, add boiled condensed milk, beat again.
  8. We spread the ice cream in the form with cookies one spoon at a time, constantly alternating types of ice cream to get a beautiful pattern. (Ice cream can simply be laid out in layers.)
  9. Cover with the remaining cookies. We cover the form with a film, close the lid so that excess odors do not get in, and send it to the freezer until completely frozen. It is best to leave the ice cream cake in the freezer for 12-24 hours.
  10. For the meringue, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks form, this may take 10-15 minutes.
  11. We heat the oven to 250 degrees, or to the maximum that your oven allows.
  12. Take the frozen cake out of the mold. Cover it with meringue.
  13. You can make any patterns.
  14. Now put the cake in the oven for 4-5 minutes so that the meringue is browned. Do not be afraid to put the ice cream cake in the oven - if it is well frozen, then in 4-5 minutes it will not even have time to warm up and will remain hard and frozen inside.
  15. (If you have a special gas burner, use it.)
  16. Cake-ice cream "Three tastes" is ready.
