We continue to find delicious recipes! Today we will combine semolina and boiled potatoes, but we will not get porridge. :) Potato buns for dinner, Italian style! Very aromatic and tasty, repeat to your health!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preparing products for potato dough. Boiled potatoes should be cooled down.
  2. Potatoes can be mashed or finely grated.
  3. Add water and yeast to the potatoes, mix well and let the yeast disperse for a couple of minutes.
  4. Now add flour, semolina, salt and olive oil.
  5. We knead the dough well. The dough will be sticky, as it should be, the semolina will still swell. Cover the potato yeast dough with foil and let it double in volume. Time - from 1 to 2 hours, it all depends on the temperature in your home.
  6. Lightly knead the finished dough (without fanaticism) and roll it out on the table, dusting it with flour. You should get a layer a little more than 1 cm thick.
  7. Using a mold (you can just use a glass), cut out buns from the dough. We spread the potato buns made from yeast dough on a prepared baking sheet and let rise under the film for 10-15 minutes.
  8. We also need oregano, cherry tomatoes, sea salt (preferably large) and olive oil. Let's add flavor and aroma to our buns!
  9. Mix oregano with oil and let it brew. You can also add a pinch of sugar to the butter for color.
  10. During this time, cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  11. Grease the buns with oregano oil in front of the oven.
  12. Put the tomatoes on some of the buns.
  13. Sprinkle the rest of the buns with coarse salt.
  14. We bake potato buns in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees. We baked in our oven for 15 minutes.
  15. The finished potato buns are crispy and soft on the inside! They smell so delicious that you can't wait to cool down. :)
  16. Bon Appetit!
