Jelly cake with berries is a delicious and delicate dessert. The use of gelatin greatly simplifies the preparation of desserts and cakes without baking. The dessert is made quickly, and eaten instantly, because everyone really likes it - both children and adults, without exception.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. I pour the gelatin into a cup, pour water at room temperature and let it stand for 10-15 minutes to swell.
  2. Berries should be washed and dried. Remove leaves from strawberries, if any.
  3. I cut the strawberries into 4 pieces. The rest of the berries remain intact.
  4. I put the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm up, then pour the heated gelatin into compote and mix well until smooth.
  5. I pour a little compote into the chilled form, spread some of all the berries and distribute them evenly over the form.
  6. I fill the berries in the form with another part of the compote, lay out part of the berries again and pour the compote again. So until all the berries and compote cover the entire form. I put the filled form in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to completely solidify the jelly with berries.
  7. I put a dish on top of the frozen dessert and carefully turn the jelly out of the mold onto it. I take off the cling film.
  8. I cut the jelly cake and serve it to the table.
  9. Happy dessert enjoyment!
