From a small amount of ingredients, you can make an unusually delicious jelly cake, moreover, without baking. We combine cottage cheese, condensed milk, dissolved gelatin and tangerines, pour the mass into a mold and cool. Delicate curd and milk mass with a refreshing, sweet and sour taste of juicy tangerines is a great combination.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour 350 ml of cold water into a small saucepan or saucepan and pour out the gelatin. We put the pan on medium heat and heat the mixture until the gelatin dissolves (do not bring to a boil!).
  2. Cool down.
  3. We place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and turn it into a homogeneous mass with the help of an immersion blender.
  4. Add condensed milk to curd.
  5. Using a blender, beat everything until creamy.
  6. Add the cooled dissolved gelatin to the mixture and mix with a spoon.
  7. We clean the tangerines from the skin and white veins. We divide the tangerines into slices.
  8. Add tangerines to the curd-milk mass. Mix everything gently.
  9. The resulting mass is laid out in a silicone or detachable form.
  10. We place the form in the refrigerator for several hours (or better at night), until the jelly mass completely solidifies.
  11. After a while, we take out the jelly curd-milk cake with tangerines from the mold. Such a dessert is removed from a silicone mold without problems. If the form is detachable, first dip it for a couple of seconds in hot water, and then turn the jelly onto a plate.
  12. If desired, decorate the jelly cake with tangerines and mint leaves.
  13. Enjoy your meal!
