Jelly cottage cheese and sour cream cake with canned peaches is prepared without baking. This is a tasty, easy-to-prepare and healthy delicacy, because its basis is cottage cheese.   1. Drain syrup from canned peaches and pour over gelatin. Stir and leave to swell for 30 minutes. Then put it in a water bath and dissolve. Cool down.
  2. Cut canned peaches into medium pieces.
  3. Put cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar and 100 g of chopped peaches in a bowl. Punch everything until smooth.
  4. Place the remaining peaches in a bowl and stir.
  5. While stirring the curd mass, pour in the dissolved gelatin. Taste and add powdered sugar to taste if needed.
  6. Form (I have a form with a diameter of 24 cm) grease with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared mass into a mold and refrigerate for 10-11 hours to set.
  7. Gently run a knife along the sides of the pan and remove the cake onto a serving platter. Decorate the cake as you like. I used canned peaches, mint sprigs and cranberries.
  8. Cut the cake into pieces and serve. Enjoy your meal!
