An interesting recipe for a delicious coffee and milk dessert. The jelly cake really resembles a cappuccino - a delicate milky coffee taste and a great aroma. And this jelly cake is very easy to prepare - a great dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix gelatin and 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.
  2. Leave for 15 minutes for the gelatin to swell.
  3. A little milk (about 100 ml) is heated in any convenient way. Mix hot milk and coffee in a separate bowl.
  4. Stir until coffee is completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and add sugar.
  6. Stirring, heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  7. Add coffee and milk mixture.
  8. Add swollen gelatin.
  9. We turn off the fire. Mix well with a whisk until the gelatin dissolves. The resulting mixture is left to cool.
  10. Lubricate a suitable form (silicone can be used) with vegetable oil. The diameter of my mold is 14 cm. Pour the cooled mixture into the mold.
  11. We put the form in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to solidify.
  12. Jelly milk cake "Cappuccino" is ready. We take the cake out of the mold, turn it over onto a dish and serve it to the table, garnishing with grated chocolate or cocoa if desired.
  13. Enjoy your meal!
