Very tasty and light cake on kefir. If you are expecting guests on Sunday or want to treat your family to something delicious on Sunday morning, then you will like this recipe. So, let's begin!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Eggs are mixed with sugar, you need to mix until a homogeneous consistency.
  2. Add kefir, beat with a mixer.
  3. Then sift the flour and beat with a mixer at the same time. Our dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
  4. Then a teaspoon of soda right there with a tablespoon of vinegar to extinguish and stir.
  5. Line the form with parchment or grease with butter / margarine. Put the dough in the form in a preheated oven for 30 minutes and watch very carefully so that it does not burn !!! You can turn the other side after 20 minutes.
  6. While baking, make cream:
  7. a) from condensed milk: melt about 150 g of butter and mix with 2 cans of condensed milk, beat very well;
  8. b) sour cream: beat 500 g of sour cream with sugar or powder.
  9. When the cake is cooked, take it out and let it cool. When it cools down - cut it. This is done with thread. Cut around the diameter with a knife, and then thread the thread and pull.
  10. Layer the cakes with cream and leave the kefir cake overnight. You can leave a little cream if you decorate the sides. Just lubricate them in the morning and boldly decorate - everything will remain so, on the sides.
  11. Prepare decoration in the morning. I made chocolate decorations. I rubbed 1 chocolate bar, decorated the sides of the cake with crumbs and laid it out a little along the edges.
  12. And I melted the second chocolate bar over a fire in milk (heat the milk and boil it on the stove, add pieces of chocolate, stir to the desired consistency). When it cools down a bit - in a pastry syringe, or in a plastic bag, and decorate! But you can use cinnamon, nuts, poppy seeds, etc.
