Kefir cake with berries

  1. Thoroughly grind the egg with sugar.
  2. Add kefir, flour and baking powder, knead enough batter (it should flow).
  3. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish (layer no more than 1 cm thick), in total we will bake 2 or 3 cakes. We bake each kefir cake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees, but make sure that the cakes do not burn! As the dough begins to set, pierce the cakes with a fork.
  4. Now let's do the impregnation.
  5. In a glass of kefir (more possible), add 0.5 cups of sugar.
  6. This is what our finished cake looks like. While the second one is baking, let's get it soaked.
  7. Carefully, without sparing, grease each cake with impregnation (as you see that it has been absorbed, grease again), otherwise it will be dry. We spread the cakes on top of each other (if they are not very even, at this stage they can be cut).
  8. We spread our berries in the middle of the cake (the more, the juicier and tastier). We leave the kefir cake with berries to soak (better at night!).
