Lavash cake with strawberries and cream of sour cream and boiled condensed milk is prepared very simply and also quite quickly, if you do not take into account the soaking time. No need to knead the dough and stand at the oven, because the cake is prepared without baking. The cream of boiled condensed milk and sour cream perfectly soaks the lavash sheets, making the cake very soft and tender.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. For decoration, dark, milk or white chocolate is suitable.
  2. The cake can be made round, square or rectangular. I will be making a round cake as I have a 17cm diameter cake ring.
  3. I bought a large rectangular pita bread weighing 200 g. I cut out circles of the required diameter from it. I got 8 laps.
  4. Now prepare the cream. Add condensed milk to sour cream.
  5. Stir with a spoon until smooth. It's okay if there are small lumps of condensed milk left.
  6. Wash and dry strawberries. Remove ponytails. Slice the strawberries.
  7. Place the ring on a flat plate. I covered the side of the ring with an acetate film. Lay a sheet of pita at the bottom. Scatter strawberry slices on top.
  8. Add a couple of tablespoons of cream. Spread over all strawberries.
  9. Cover with a sheet of pita bread. Press lightly with your hands.
  10. Lubricate with cream.
  11. Lay another sheet of pita bread.
  12. Lubricate with cream. Spread chopped strawberries on top.
  13. Cover the layer of strawberries with a sheet of pita bread. Press down a little with your hands.
  14. Lubricate pita bread with cream.
  15. Cover with a sheet of pita bread and lightly press it down.
  16. Lubricate with cream of sour cream and condensed milk.
  17. Divide the chopped strawberries. Reserve one strawberry for garnish.
  18. Cover with a sheet of pita bread.
  19. Apply cream again.
  20. Lay a sheet of pita bread on top.
  21. Add the cream and spread over the entire surface of the pita bread.
  22. Cover with a sheet of pita bread.
  23. Put the rest of the cream and spread it.
  24. Grate chocolate on a fine grater. Sprinkle generously with grated chocolate. Send the pita cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  25. Carefully remove the ring. Decorate the cake with strawberries.
  26. If desired, you can use a few fresh mint leaves for decoration.
  27. Lavash cake with strawberries and cream of sour cream and boiled condensed milk is ready. Carefully cut it into portioned pieces and serve to the sweet table.
