  2. While the onions are fried, cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. As soon as the onion is golden, add minced meat (I have pork) and your favorite spices to the meat.
  4. Fry the minced meat with onions for a few minutes and add the potatoes to the pan.
  5. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  6. When the potatoes are soaked in meat juice and become slightly transparent, it's time to add pickled cucumbers. Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of water, mix and let stew for 5 minutes.
  7. Now it's easier than ever, easier than easy! Lavash is greased with melted butter. Put the filling on it and sprinkle well with black pepper (to taste).
  8. Roll the pita bread with the filling into rolls and grease the top with yolk, in which we first add 1 teaspoon of milk and mix.
  9. We bake pita rolls in the oven for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Temperature - 180 degrees.
  10. Hot pita rolls with meat and potatoes can be greased with a piece of butter.
  11. Hearty, aromatic and delicious! Easy to prepare and eaten with gusto!
