Delight your loved ones with delicious pita rolls! "Zaverton" lavash rolls are prepared quickly and easily. You don't need to bake them - just wrap them up. But in order for the rolls to turn out tender and juicy, this must be done correctly.

  1. First of all, prepare pita bread (you will need three sheets in total), and for the filling you need chilled crab sticks, cheese, herbs and mayonnaise, which will lubricate the layers of the roll. Any cheese will do, so choose it according to your taste, for example, I prefer hard varieties or processed.
  2. Next, you need to generously grease the first sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and grate cheese on it. Place the second sheet of pita bread on top and brush it with mayonnaise as well. Grate the crab sticks, put the third sheet of pita bread, coat it, sprinkle with chopped dill.
  3. Now it's time to roll the three-layer stuffed pita bread into a roll. Do this carefully, try to make the roll tight. When it's ready, cut off the uneven edges (about 5 cm) from the sides and cut the workpiece in half. That's all - the Zaverton rolls are ready.
  4. The rolls can be eaten right away, but if you want the pita bread to be thoroughly saturated with mayonnaise, you can put the Zaverton in the refrigerator for several hours.
