A wonderful dessert for marshmallow lovers. Moderately sweet, I did not add sugar. I also got it with a spicy sourness, because only when I cut the marshmallows did I notice that it had a fruit filling (marmalade). Prepares easily and quickly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare marshmallow cream. To do this, beat the softened butter with 300 g of finely chopped marshmallows (4 pcs.)
  2. I got a delicious cream, but not very oily-homogeneous, and even with pieces of marmalade.
  3. Take a detachable form with a diameter of 23 cm. Cut 5 pcs. marshmallows in half and lay out the halves of the sides. Then cut 7 halves in half again and lay them tightly on the bottom of the mold.
  4. Spread half of the cream. Seal it to get into the gaps between the marshmallows.
  5. Spread the second layer with marshmallows. Top well with the remaining cream.
  6. Arrange marshmallow halves and quarters tightly on top.
  7. Mask the gaps between the marshmallows with grated white chocolate. I decorated with marzipan. You can decorate the marshmallow cake with small chocolates. Let the cake chill in the cold.
  8. Marshmallow cake is ready. Enjoy your meal!
