You can enjoy marshmallows as an independent dessert, or you can make a wonderful cake out of it. Delicate marshmallow cake with bananas, kiwi and sour cream is prepared without baking and does not require much time to cook. Marshmallow is soaked in sour cream and becomes not cloying at all, and kiwi and banana completely balance the taste of the cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream with sugar and beat until fluffy. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the marshmallow into two halves and cut each lengthwise into two parts. Set aside the prettiest tops for the final layer.
  3. Arrange the marshmallows in a single layer on a serving platter. Peel the kiwi and cut into medium cubes. Spread half of the kiwi on the marshmallow.
  4. Lubricate the kiwi and marshmallows with an even layer of sour cream.
  5. Lay out the next layer of marshmallows. Peel the banana, cut into slices and place on sour cream.
  6. Spread sour cream over bananas and spread evenly. Put another layer of marshmallows and brush with cream.
  7. Lay out a layer of kiwi. A little kiwi can be left for decoration.
  8. Apply the remaining cream to the kiwi and smooth.
  9. Lay out the prepared marshmallow tops. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
  10. Decorate the cake as desired. I used melted chocolate, kiwi and chopped nuts for decoration.
  11. Cut the marshmallow cake with bananas, kiwi and sour cream and serve.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
