It's time to treat yourself to delicious desserts! I suggest making a marshmallow cake with cherries, whipped cream and nuts. The process is quite fast, if you discount the period of cooling the cake in the refrigerator, and you do not need to use the oven, because the cake is prepared without baking. Pieces of marshmallows are laid out in layers, smeared with whipped cream, complemented with cherries and nuts - a very delicate delicacy is obtained!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Cream suitable for fat content of 33% and above (at the time of use, they must be cold).
  2. Rinse cherries thoroughly. Blot off excess moisture.
  3. Leave 8 cherries for decoration (you can with ponytails, you can without them).
  4. Place a dry skillet over medium heat and heat well. Dry the hazelnuts so that the skin becomes darker and cracked. Stir constantly so that the hazelnuts do not burn. It took me 4 minutes.
  5. Put the dried nuts in a separate bowl and cool to make it convenient to work with them. Cut the nuts into small pieces with a knife.
  6. Marshmallow cut: each into 3 parts - "washers".
  7. Pour the cold cream into a deep bowl.
  8. Take a mixer or a hand whisk. Whip cream until creamy. When whipping, be careful not to overwhip the cream. It took me about 1.5 minutes as the cream is quite heavy. I beat with a hand mixer at the lowest speed with a power of 500 watts.
  9. To assemble the cake, I will use a detachable ring without a bottom with a diameter of 17 cm (you can simply lay out the layers on a flat plate). Set the ring on a flat serving dish. Lay a layer of chopped marshmallows on the bottom.
  10. Lubricate with cream.
  11. Distribute cherries randomly. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
  12. Lay out the next layer of marshmallows.
  13. Lubricate the marshmallow layer with cream. Arrange cherries and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  14. Lay out another layer of marshmallow "washers".
  15. Lubricate with cream. Spread the remaining marshmallow nicely on top.
  16. I put the rest of the cream in a pastry bag with a star tip and squeezed it nicely, closing the voids. Send the cake to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  17. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves before serving. Marshmallow cake with cherries and nuts is ready. Such a cake can be prepared for every day, and for the festive table.
