  2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.

  5. We mix all the prepared ingredients, add the raw egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Knead until smooth.
  6. Form cutlets, bread well in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown.
